• Office of Disability Employment Policy

For employers:

• Office of Vocational Rehabilitation provides resources for employers and are available to screen and refer applicants meeting the employer’s job-related specifications.
• The Pennsylvania Business Leadership Network (BLN) is a statewide, employer-driven program designed for business leaders to promote hiring practices that enable qualified people with disabilities to enter and succeed in the workplace.
• The Independence Capital Access Network Fund (ICAN) provides grants to small employers with 100 employees or less, to make special accommodations for workers with disabilities.
• Think Beyond the Label is committed to making the business case for employing people with disabilities and to raise awareness that hiring people with disabilities makes good business sense.
